Casa da Caldeira

The Casa da Caldeira is a rustic and typical house of fajã that has been completely remodeled recently and is located in Ribeira Seca, Calheta, 50 meters from the pond Faja de Santo Cristo. It has a privileged view of the lagoon and the ocean waves that surround it. It has a strategic terrace to the constant monitoring of the waves.

The main house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 spacious kitchen with fridge and a living room. In the living room and for your comfort, there is a wood stove equipped with to light on the coldest days, with built-in oven. Beside the house, there is an attachment that consists of a bedroom and a bathroom which is ideal for a couple.

Outside there is a large porch with table, wooden benches and a hammock, which serves as living room of the house as it faces the lagoon and has stunning views. It also has overseas, a stove, a barbecue, a shower and support for their boards. The home energy supply is guaranteed by a solar panel that is sufficient for daylight and for charging their mobile devices. There in the house to guests fishing rods and a kayak for a walk to the pond.
